Alison Dudick has over 15 years of litigation experience focused on intellectual property disputes, business and commercial disputes, and product liability defense. She handles all aspects of litigation from pre-filing due diligence until final disposition with comprehensive experience in both small and complex cases, including extensive motion practice and document production. Ms. Dudick has worked on numerous patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and commercial litigations. She handles motions, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, court conferences and trials throughout all federal courts, and the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Dudick has also prepared and prosecuted numerous trademark applications, prosecuted and defended trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, and negotiated licensing agreements and settlement agreements.
In addition, Ms. Dudick has litigation experience in premises liability, employment law, toxic tort, health law and insurance defense litigation.
Prior to joining Ryder Lu, Ms. Dudick was an associate in the Princeton, New Jersey office of a national law firm.
